Browsing this website does not establish a consulting relationship. TFDR is an independent non-attorney business, not a law firm or federal agency. It does not provide legal representation, medical opinions, or outcome guarantees.
Services
One-hour consultations cost $75. Standalone medical records organization costs $175 for 1–100 supplied pages, plus $1 for each page over 100, including orders above 500 pages. All supplied pages count. No quote is required. The service covers one readable digital records set; scanning, unreadable-file repair, and major revisions are not included. The $1,800 initial-application consulting program offers up to 26 weekly meetings of up to 60 minutes over no more than six calendar months, with records organization up to 350 pages. The program ends earlier when the initial application is submitted to OPM. Client remains responsible for preparing and submitting the application.
Payments and scheduling
The planned booking process uses FreshBooks for hosted payment and Google Calendar for telephone consultation scheduling. These integrations remain disabled on staging. Consultations are offered Monday–Friday beginning at 10 a.m. Central Time (America/Chicago), last up to 60 minutes, and must end by 2:30 p.m., with a 15-minute buffer between appointments. Opening a payment or booking link does not establish that payment was made or an appointment was confirmed. A finalized signed service agreement must govern rescheduling, cancellations, refunds, early termination, and any additional charges before paid enrollment is enabled.

Government and other external links are provided for convenience, without endorsement. TFDR's original content and branding are reserved except as permitted by law or explicit license. Free templates are provided for personal educational use, not resale.
