Who we are

Information we collect
When connected to a secure backend, we intend to collect inquiry contact details, requested services, appointment information, signed service acknowledgments, and payment reference information. For contracted records organization, medical records may be collected only through a separate secure intake process. Do not include diagnoses, medical records, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive details in public inquiry forms or ordinary email.
Purposes and service providers
Information may be used to respond to requests, arrange services, maintain agreements and transaction records, provide services, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Payment processing is directed to FreshBooks and booking to Google Calendar; their policies apply to information entered on their platforms. Hosting, email and secure-document providers will be disclosed once configured.
Security and retention
Before launch, TFDR will implement restricted access, encrypted connections, appropriate retention and deletion procedures, and incident-response safeguards. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Retention periods and data handling for medical records require final operational policies.
Cookies, rights, and updates
This local prototype does not intentionally set analytics cookies. Production analytics and consent practices will be disclosed when selected. Contact TFDR to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, subject to legal retention obligations. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
