4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All fees are clearly disclosed before services begin. Pricing is subject to change, but any changes will not affect services already contracted.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, blueprints, and documents created by The Federal Disability Review, LLC are our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use materials created for their specific case but may not distribute, reproduce, or sell these materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Federal Disability Review, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
