Refund Policy

1. Strategy Sessions

Strategy sessions are non-refundable once the session has been conducted. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.

2. Document Drafting Packages

Due to the custom nature of document drafting services, refunds are not available once work has begun. If you cancel before any work has started, a full refund will be issued minus a $100 administrative fee. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if work is in progress.

3. Compliance Monitoring

Monthly compliance monitoring subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for unused months if cancelled within the first 90 days.

4. Follow-Up Sessions

Follow-up sessions are non-refundable once conducted. Rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours' notice.

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your name, service purchased, and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

6. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can work to resolve the issue. We are committed to providing high-quality consulting services and will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns.
